Public Company Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Conference

 

November 2010 and May 2011

The November 2010 conference was intended to kick off a year-long process which would include the commissioning of papers for an edited volume, the topics of which would be considered later.

The second conference, May 2011, was intended to discuss the first drafts of the commissioned papers, and a final conference to review the then-completed book chapters and consider a statement of compensation best practices to be released to the public and offered to corporate compensation committees for their consideration in setting compensation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the third conference did not take place.
